By accessing or using CloudVerra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Our platform provides educational mock tests and study guides designed for cloud certification preparation.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
- Any activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on CloudVerra — including mock exam questions, answer explanations, logos, and study guides — is the intellectual property of CloudVerra and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for individual study purposes only. Redistribution, reselling, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. Course access is granted for the period specified at purchase (180 or 365 days). After expiry, you will need to repurchase to regain access.
24-Hour Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction date, provided you have not accessed any mock test. You are permitted to attempt a maximum of one (1) practice test — whether a topic-wise test or a full practice set — and still remain eligible for a refund. Accessing more than one mock test, of any type, will make the purchase ineligible for a refund. Contact support@cloudverra.in to request a refund.

CloudVerra practice exams are designed to help you prepare but do not guarantee passing the actual certification exam. We are not affiliated with AWS, Microsoft, or any other certification body. CloudVerra provides educational materials "as is" without any warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
CloudVerra shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on our platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to CloudVerra shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any legal matter arising from these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
