If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction date, provided you have not accessed any mock test. You are permitted to attempt a maximum of one (1) practice test — whether a topic-wise test or a full practice set — and still remain eligible for a refund. Accessing more than one mock test, of any type, will make the purchase ineligible for a refund. Contact support@cloudverra.in to request a refund.

Each mock test comes with 3 reattempt allowances. Practice tests have unlimited attempts so you can keep drilling until you're confident.
